Have you considered an implant to make up for your right hand zygo? Never seen a case where the disparity in size has been this big. I wouldn't wait too long before booking a consultation, as this actually might be what holds you back from ascension.

Yes, I wouldn't wait too long either. Asymmetry is really a big looksmin, especially when it's as severe as yours.

Alternatively you could get fillers as a short-term solution.

How much does an implant like that even cost?

Also I think I have a slight cross bite so idk if that’s the problem

Asymmetry comes as a package deal. Both of your halves are most likely completely dissimilar.

Death-tier failo if you ask me. I'm just trying to help so he can get it fixed, ASAP.
Most people have that kind of assymetry, I have seen MSE cases which were ten times worse. This is nothing, and getting it fixed is hard even with implants as its hard to get a implant that looks the same and don't get all the troubles like step offs etc. Fillers could work but is not gonna work for long

Could a malocclusion be the cause of this asymmetry?

A crossbite could def be the cause but like I said you don't have any more noticeable assymetry then anybody else. Esp from that angle, cheekbones are 3d and can vary from very small change in angle.

Alright, is there anything else I can do to fix this asymmetry besides fixing my crossbite?

It depends on the lengths you are ready to go, like there is probably some kind of expansion you could do to fix it. If you have a crossbite they would probably need to fix the crossbite with an expander which could lessen assymetry or make it worse. But it's not bad like i said. Having a good tongue posture is good for not making it worse. You could try all cope methods like thumpulling on that side if you have time to waste and pray. But else I wouldn't really mind it so much. It's not bad whatsover, it's common and yours are fine

Alright ty for the advice, also I read somewhere that expanders and braces can make you more recessed is this true?

Mostly elastics, but not really braces itself unless extraction. When you expand with an expander you might recess yourself a bit. But it's worth it as its makes the face wider. But if you have none narrow palate and a wide face it might not be worth
