cheekbone projecton difference changes cheek fat?

my right cheek is fatter, bloated and is kinda sagging, is this cause of asymmetry in cheekbone projection? my right side is wider too. how can i try n fix this my niggas

i currently have the same thing but on the other jaw, what you can do is sleep on your back and chew more on your left, (if you have TMD don't sleep on your back because the gravity will tilt your jaw backwards and it will worsen it
