Cheekbone reduction/alteration surgeons

have any surgeons in USA/Europe performed a lot of these? or may be considered a specialist? seems like it's performed in SK a lot, but looking at my options.

It would be really unusually (esepcially on an incel forum) to need reduction!! Why reduction? Are you too wide for ideal ESR?

one arch is significantly wider/lower, so to fix asymmetry.

I dont think it s possible , i think you have to enchance the other less wide/low cheekbone in order to reach symmetry

Yeah you should be able to fix this with custom implants on both sides. Also significantly less invasive than an osteotomy.
