Cheekbone scar

Does anybody know if there is a way to fix this scar on my left cheekbone, if i ever get surgeries in the future idk if the scar can mess things up because like the muscle there is ripped basically i can literally move it around with my finger a little because it’s like ripped, These photos are from last year during my prime when i was 14 at 105lbs, ignore the uee im looking down

also here is an old image, this is from when i was like 11 or 12 so i know im beyond chopped in this just ignore it

i ripped it when i was like 11 because i fell headfirst on my bedframe like a dumbass and hit straight on my left cheek area

It won't affect anything if you're planning on getting surgeries in the future, looks like either some sort of birthmark or a superficial scar, if you really care then you can get discolorations like these lazered for like 30-40 euros if you just find a clinic near you.
