Chest to bar pull ups are necessary

Pull ups are a great exercise
Just pull until your chest makes contact with the bar, or at least until your collarbones do

No point in just going chin over bar and missing out on the full exercise

It's all I do
And core exercises
Cos I think I got scoliosis so I wanna keep my core strong
But pull ups feel so good, even tho I still kinda suck at them

I can do more than a dozen but even the first repetitions are very harsh to do for me. Maybe height and limb lenght have something to do with it.

Of chest to bar? Fuark I can only do like 5, and the last one is a struggle

Last aren't. It's not difficult to progress but you need to be consistent in your strenght training and recovery

Ye tbh I'm very lazy which is why I only do pull ups
That way it's easier for me to put my limited effort into improving there
