I´m so tired to see all this larpers talking about some chew exercises that will improve your masseters muscle, when in reality it wont make a shit, no hipertrophy is gonna show up chewing normal gums, thats because masseters muscles are the same tissue as any other muscle, that means they should be trained exactly the same you would do it for your chest or any other muscle group in the gym. So if you want to actually improve your masseters you should be following the basic hipertophy rules (Gymcell basics):

  • High Intensity (as hard as you can)
  • Low reps
  • 2-3 series
  • 2-3 minutes of rest
  • 3 days frecuency
And of course i know there´s not any machine to train this shit, that´s when the towel method comes.
*I know there´s some plastic chewers, and that will be a great option. If you are a fucking RETARD.
Plastic chewers would make the same exact purpose than the towel, but they will fuck up your teeth, take care of your tooth enamel. Also it will be wasting your fucking money returning again to our best option:

Towel method:
Its really fucking simple you just gotta fold a small towel and place it the deeper you can into your teeth, it may produce retching the first times but well that will help you guys with your (Throatmax) that i know you guys need it ;). Now spam issometrics chewing the harder you can until you genuinely can´t do more, do it on both sides. Remember to be consistent and you will grow masseters fast as fuck. (Yeah training masseters won´t make you look worse), in fact hard chew is law and it would improve your face estructure, ramus and it will produce a chain reaction into your facial development and bone structure.

Who said training masseters is beneficial also ur gonna fuck up your teeth please buy a mouthguard for that purpose
