if you dont want to get tmj, chew max 45 min to 1 hour a day. start with 1 falim gum and after a few weeks go to 2 and if that gets too easy go to 3. never change the time tho.

its a muscle like any other. what do you do in the gym, increase the weight (more gum) or the reps (time)?
