Therefore it’s a thin upper masseter that results in hollow cheeks, the ideal would be thin upper and thick lower, but chewing equally enlarges the whole muscle, resulting in rounded sides. Or am I wrong. I’m sure I’ve read someone’s thread here about specific biting that only affects the lower part of the muscle and not the top
