if your not chewing
your losing bone mass as you age
once you lose teeth, whole reason your jaw bones starts to worsen is cause you don't have same chewing affect on jaw that keeps it strong
so chew niggas

it makes your jaw bone stronger

Yup I do jawsrsize and chew falim with regular gum for 2 hrs per day

you lose teeth and your jaw bone gets worse cause you don't have the same chewing stress anymore in that area
that specific area is affected
it weakens
so chewing obviously keeps the bone strong
 
They will call it cope
but i read before
people with misaligned teeth sometimes lose bone mass
cause they can't chew proper
so this proves that chewing keeps the jaw strong

yhh i've read stuff aswell, theres no point in arguing with ppl on .me at this point, the evidence is all over the forum, idgaf if people wanna call chewing cope at this point

I just bought a mouthgard and bite on it 2x30minutes a day. After a session my masseters really fell sore and tired. Should be a good signal for growth.
Im just a bit scared of developing tmj, since people are having bad side effects from this shit.
