I chew Hard af gums for 1 hour a day.
Never had bloating in my face. If anything it makes my jaw more square and defined tbh

Ok thanks, I have bloated face during my chewing sessions but it leaves after 1 hour

Ohh that's what I've been doing wrong. Now the question is should i chew a bit less to look momentarily better but get gains less quickly in return or should i still chew as much as i do now for faster gains and embrace the slightly bloated look?
