Sometimes I chew food in my mouth for too long and end up with bloated masseters that also by extension bloats my buccal day and well basically everything.

Worked for me and many others. If you want a bigger jaw but don’t want to pay thousands for surgery or hundreds for fillers every year, just chew. It’s not hard

it’ll only look bad if you’re high BF and have a bloated face

if you already have a square jaw then it can make you look worse. But if you have a narrow jaw then it may be worth doing
