I learned that to fix assymetry you should chew on your weaker side to strengthen it instead of chewing on both sides otherwise the stronger side would become more stronger.

But this ruined my face, I chewed on the right side aggresively after chewing on left my whole life. Now my right side has lesser fat and the cheek appears hollow. But my right jaw still remains weak as fuck. My face still looks assymetrical as hell.

Youre staring at yourself too much that your self-image is being distorted.

sadly chewing on your weaker side wont do anything. assymetry is entirely something else.

i had the exact same thing happen, i have more of a hollow cheek on my left side now but im chewing more on my right side and its becomingn more symetrical, but something like mewing maybe could help fix some assymetry in your maxilla/cheekbones but i wouldnt count on it

Yep.the asymmetry will keep increasing unless you fix your bite.asymmetry might be due to molar height difference or something like that.
