Do both consistently but don't expect too much from it. You need a base already after puberty to see good results aka wide palate. Some may need palate expansion,mouth taping, plus posture correction with mewing, SIMPLE. After that only factors is age and consistency to see results. Don't quit cause some truecels who don't even try call it cope, I just gave you the absolute truth
