3 foods i have recently bought which are amazing micronutriently

after one meal with one tablespoon of each of this my levels are already through the roof (ignore beta carotene that was from sweet potatoes i ate earlier)

also they are insanely high in omega-3 fats which is the primary reason i eat them (i dont eat fish daily so i need another source)

what do you mean by levels OP?
look at the images? the percent is how much RDI and im clearly way above most the b-complex water soluble vitamins aswell as omega-3, lycopene, and vit k

and i barely consumed any calories mind u

i only had one meal today but im already 75% fibre because of bulgur. its called cronometer

Do you have any experience with psyllium husks ? My Doc told me that I need to consume a lot of fibre, because my whole
intestinal flora is fucked up. He recommended Psyllium because it has 79 gramms of fibre per 100 gramms.
