I have seen gymcels avoid BEEF and EGGS because they are too high in fat apparently LMFAO then they proceed to eat chicken rice and broccoli JFL

Rice = Heavy metals like arsenic, empty carbs, no nutritional value, spikes blood sugar

Broccoli = Goitrogens, oxalates (plant defense chemicals) highly inflammatory and indigestible

Chicken = lacks animal fat and micronutrients, empty protein only. You can eat it if you eat fatty meat too but chicken being your only meat source will make your testosterone tank in no time.

So

Infertility, gut issues, inflammation, bloat, lethargy, low testosterone 101

Eat some raw animal foods instead

Eating chicken is not bad, eat raw chicken.

However yes chicken is fine to eat and it's healthy and a good source of protein and some micronutrients but there isn't that much in it compared to beef

20th century bodybuilders preferred beef(red meat) over chicken. beef is much more nutritious than chicken. No bodybuidlers cares about those tiny 10-20gr of protein. They can add it via powder, believe me.

I think there must be some reason why bodybuidlers prefer now chicken.

Never said chicken is better than red meat. I only eat chicken because of the quantity of the amino acids. But ofc, beef for the quality
