tretinoin + biotin + Astaxanthin +beta carotene mogs a sun tan to the ganges and back

plus i plan on slaying as long as possible into my 40s and sun tanning will inhibit that tbh

you should be wearing sunscreen every day anyway it's THE BIGGEST thing that will age you man

just get your tan through a healthy diet or beta carotene + Astaxanthin

not that you need it anyway you have cambodian tan so all you need is tret

@celmane you still need sunscreen but not to prevent tan, to prevent sun damage btw. seen it many times on asian skin care sites

RTT is just one avenue of looksmaxxing though. collagen maxxing never hurts. also, he said himself he doesn't know the long term consequences of suntanning. and actually, amnesia's collagen isn't that great, it's just ok. his argument against beta carotene and such was an anecdote and plenty of have had anecdotes against it.

Sunscreen everday is cope, you skin already block radiation as long you stay within it limits, if you but sunscreen for 5 minutes walk you're fucking you skin more than the sun did in that 5 minutes
