he only looks good if the angle is in his favor, if its a bad angle his downturned eyebrows make him look cuckish. chico doesnt have any bad angles so chico mogs

Oussama has tangible failos, Chico doesn't. Oussama is more robust than Chico is. Chico has a final fantasy eye area Oussama doesn't have. Oussama has strong hollows while Chico doesn't. I would personally pick Chico but can see how a case can be made for them being equal, in no universe does Oussama actually overtake Chico though.

It's also worth noting the photo is taken from an upward angle, which can make the eyebrows appear more high set. However, if high-set eyebrows are a failo, it would take off points from Chico as well, no?
