I have a crossbite (my lower left tooth is turned inward), and I'm 6 feet tall. Is it possible to fix this without braces or surgery, and how long can I wait before it's too late? Additionally, is it possible to increase my forward growth with this type of bite, and if so, how can I do it? How can I increase my bone mass and ramus? I welcome any criticism or answers. Please help me. I'm 16 years old and 6 feet tall. Also how to optimise puberty
