chin doesn’t connect with jawline

anyone knows wtf this is and how to fix it.

can I get chin implant to get it straight.

it looks worse on other pictures and especially from the front. I think its because of my high set pointy chin. it makes my face look much rounder from the front too and no matter how high my hyoid is it always gives me noticeable fat under my chin.

please if you have knowledge of these kind of things pm me and I can show more and better pictures.
