Neither. Don't need any of those. Not much you can do tbh your base pretty good not much stuff that you can realistically augment. Maybe paranasal implants and eyebrow thickening/tinting.

Or LL if you are sub 5'10 I guess.

I hoped it would be great suggestion to increase PFL or lower eyebrows but it’s this shit again.
 
Wraparound jaw/chin implant. A genio would surely make the chin either flatter or pointier, and it’s fine as it is in the horizontal lateral dimension

A little genio wouldn’t hurt, but what you really need is to fix your Asian midfacial depth deficit (flat square face) by augmenting the entire nose Paranasal to radix

his nose is fine, sure surgery would help but he has better nose than most ethnics
 
Your chin looks reasonably harmonious, IMO. I would usually recommend genioplasty, but since you need so little advancement, maybe an implant would be better so you don't overshoot your goal.
