Chin-forward ingrowth reverse?

Long story short my parents have fucked me at a young age and took 2 of my back teeth to "make my teeth straight" and now i have a recceced chin and a deep-bite

My question is, is there anyway braces can fix that even hardcore ones, cuz surgery is expensive and im trying to cope with this
