chin implant as gender affirming care

i’m a bit of a chincel, nothing too awful as i look kind of like a normal civilian, but it’s noticeable enough. if i wanted to get a chin implant would i be able to somehow pull some crazy “gender affirming care” strings as a male to get it discounted or have insurance cover it? i know it’s a crazy long shot, but it’s worth an ask or a try
