from what ive seen only 1 persons surgery went bad and its that one guy who already had an infection previously and got it done too early. obviously theres a risk of infection and botching like with any surgery but from what ive heard he's the best

It will not stay angular, and will definitely migrate. Filler is a gel with no structure, not a solid. It's not even as structural as fat since fat is at least a stable tissue bed held in place by a collagen matrix/septae. Filler just floats and squishes around...

If its just a custom chin implant I think it will be AROUND 10K in istanbul, Titanium or PEEK.
