Ur main issue is short thin neck I think. Idk if there soem way lengthen neck

Yeah that would be reasonable. Surgery is the only option with guaranteed results, if done with the right surgeon.

Bone smashing won’t magically advance your jaws.

Injecting Test or hgh could potentially lead
to minor tissue and bone growth in the long term with consistent mechanical force.
However there is no guarantee, what exactly responses the most to those. Could be your organs or nose at worst.
It’s obviously not the best option for long term health as well.

Mewing is a meme. It does absolutely nothing once your bone is mostly matured.
