Basically mentalis muscle training, you have to flex your lips and feel the chin muscles activate, the idea is to control that muscle as better as possible, to the point you flex it alone without the surrounding muscles of the lips, once you can do that, you can flex your chin anytime without looking silly and you might even flex it subconsciously. Here is me after 2 weeks of doing this exercise, first picture is relaxed and second is contracted:
