Chin Shield Osteotemy

Is it possible to perform a customized genioplasty osteotomy, including the chin shield osteotomy, to reduce the labiomental fold? I’m curious because there seem to be few maxillofacial surgeons other than Dr. Zarrinbal who offer this procedure.

I've seen vertical lengthening genioplasties reduce the appearance of the labiomental fold. Do you have a short chin?

Yh, slightly short. 2-3mm of vertical lengthening might be reasonable
