I’ve been searching around a lot about how to have your masseter be “longer” or just better projected. Came across chin tucks and it said that it will reverse forward head posture.

Does this actually work? And if so how often should it be done?

It's not cope, 3 sets per day

Not cope but it doesn’t ascend

Ear pulling would work maybe,Pull your ears outwards, stick to a routine and you will see progress

And should it be done in sets or like should I keep the position for a certain amount of time?
I did 1 set in the morning and 1 before bed 20 reps hold for 5 secs. Fixed my posture in 2 months and I never did them again

Really? And after you stopped you didn’t feel any changes like posture getting worse again or something?

Chin tucking was famous in like 2016 lol. It’s going to do fuck all.

It's cope, moving your chin around won't cause the mandible to grow.
It can still have positive impact on jawline but not the actual cope, which is what actually matters.
