I’m not sure. They worked very well for me, but it took some consistency and a couple of months.

first of all its not cope bc ur training ur hyoid muscels so it will higher ur hyoid neck curls work kinda the same but it also focuses on other muscles not only the muscles around the hyoid it will take u about a month if u do both chin tucks and neck curls then u will start seeing results and if ofc dpends for bad it was before so yea
