I need to attain a henry cavill, so reply if you can. Its to mog or be mogged

You’ll need a trimax with CCW. I think your occlusal plane is likely steep and nasolabial angle is obtuse, so you’ll need to rotate the entire complex to achieve what you want. What is your bite like? Do you have an overbite? If not, you’ll need to do extractions and decompensation first. Based on your morph you need to advance the mandible relative to the maxilla as well as relative to the rest of the face. You morph looks a bit uncanny atm bc you didn’t simulate how to upper lip will change. Also you need jaw angle implants to lengthen the ramus. Personally, I’d wait on it. Not only is there an infection risk to do it with trimax, but also sometimes it makes you overly masculine which is not always ideal.

thanks for the high iq response bhai. As for your questions, i have a deep overbite of around 6mm and Im gonna take a scan sometime soon to check my occlusal plane. Yh my moprh was kinda shit, but i about jaw implants, i must need it as gonians are round, so might as well lengthen my ramus by around a bit while i'm at it, but not too much to offset my harmony.

You seem fairly knowledgeable, mind giving me some advice on my last post?

both of these surgeries wont change the ramus height..

It can in fact extend the ramus and the chin but that’s a BIG space needing bone grafts.

bro is more knowledgable than most professionals

its just the skin that gets tighter and the ramus appears suddenly. it does NOT affect the height of the ramus
It does are you blind, but it will be further forward
