It's true that citizens cannot "own" land, but the fact is that they can obtain land use rights. Private property can be rented, in fact their laws actually benefit landowners as their are few laws protecting tenants. The only real big difference is that the government has the authority to seize your land at any time, but that rarely happens.

Yeah but you forgot that this literally changes everything BC since the government can seize your land anytime the elites have no way to use their economic power against the civil society to benefit themselves just like it happens in all third world countries(Brazil is one big example of how the elites use property power to cuck everyone)

China is still in a transition phase. They weren't a developed capitalist country when the revolution happened. So the communist party needs tools and expertise to develop the country however capitalist countries won't trade with them because they are socialist. So what the Chinese did was to set up special zones where western companies can do business with very few restrictions.

China actually do have very good labor laws they just aren't enforced in these specify economic zones.

Also China is far more democratic than Western "democracies". I'll try to explain how the system works.

1. First the people on a city or town elect and official to represent them.

2. Then these elected officials elect someone to represent the province or region they are in.

3. These elected people then go on to vote for the next level above them and so forth.

Also these elected officials can be recalled at any time if they don't perform. It's not like the west where politicians can lie to get elected and then not do anything.

A good way to describe this to liberals is to think about it like this. In China you can't change the ruling communist party with a different party but you have the power to change policies. In the west you have the power to pick and choose between various parties but have no power to choose policies.

Don't think of China as a one party state,think of it as a no party state.

And because the people actually have power the communist party has crazy high approval ratings.

That would not be a problem tbh the soviet union had a insane amount of different ethnics, races, religions etc and they still could pull everyone together to build a national development plan.
