Growing up in Asia, meat is considered a staple of every dishes. I am still surprised to this day that European eating more carbs.

I gotta disagree as a Chinese person.

The carbs in Asian food is the main dish. Theres all kinds of special fried rice, different noodles flavours and cooking styles. The meat is just an add on to make it interesting.

The Europeans have boring carbs. The speciality is in the meats. Steak, game hens, branzino and whatnot.
You eat that stuff alongside potatoes or bread.

I find that Asians eat way too much carbs, really bad carbs too at that. Shit like white rice and wheat. Horrible. Indians too.
