Chiropractor is best anti-aging Looksmax
Posture is key to all your asymmetry, not sleeping on your side or which side you chew on, POSTURE. if you have back pain on one side you’re probably quite asymmetrical unless this pain has just started.
If you have back pain and don’t get it fixed ASAP via Chiropractor then it will just get worse as you age, and it’s best to get it fixed earlier on as spinal discs can thin asymmetrically if there is uneven pressure on the spine.
Also still go to a Chiropractor even if you don't have pain because prevention is better than treatment.
I'm unsure if Chiropractors address anterior pelvic tilt so if they don't, see if you're pelvis rotates forwards a lot, if it does, do hip flexor stretches and strengthen your glutes.
P.S: Wouldn't recommend a physio as when I went to one they told me my problem wasn't skeletal, and when I got my xray at the Chiro I found out it was skeletal. And I'm going to be making a thread on barefoot shoes and why modern shoes are bad for posture and feet and how to fix your feet.
Also its my first thread let me know what to improve on and I know it could be longer.
