By looking at his results and has proof that they are his results, searching online if he has any botches, how common are the botches, not going to shady places just for a cheaper price, how long he has been doing surgeries, reviews on reddit etc.

Dr. Rameiri seems to be one with little to no botches, there are other bp surgeons but they may or may not bring the result you desire.
