If you are very new to the gym then sure, you can probably do maintenance calories and build muscle while you lose fat.

If you’ve been training for a while (which I doubt, basically because your neck and trap area looks very small – no hate obviously) then you would be better off sticking to a deficit.

If it’s for reps that’s good. You can definitely lose 10 pounds and look a lot better.

I would focus on training your neck too (at home lol, don’t get caught doing that shit), would benefit you a ton to balance out your features.

I can do a couple reps I can also curl 60 barbell but I think I am acidentally training strength and not build.

I guess maybe I ascended because I lost a lot of acne so maybe thats why I was getting called chopped
