Edit: Looked at some photos from the movie and he wasn't as big and jacked as i remembered. Still certainly not easy to achieve.

if you have good genetics maybe around a year and a half, if you have regular genetics 2-3 years and if you want to juice, I'd say about 2 cycles

If you are young, very dedicated and with perfect diet perhaps. For 95% of guys hard NO.
