You can lose weight, but not body fat. You need to be low body fat to get slimmer cheeks. Also, genetics play a big role in this, bevause even people with low bf can have chubby cheeks. After losing body fat, try not to consume much sugar or anything that can make you bloated

yeah depending on ur age it changes. For some reason my whole family on my dads side are late bloomers. My dad only grew in his later years, same is happening for me, and for my brother who grew to 6 foot.

I noticed a bit of cheek fat melting over the last year. U may just have a wide as fuck skull so u need to cut a lot but idk.
