My mom forces me to go to church with her on Sundays. And I need to wake up at like 7 am after sleeping at like 3 am in the morning. This always fucking happens bro, and she wakes me up with being a loud ass. I get all dressed and have to use uber to go to church which takes like 20 minutes to get there. Or on subway which takes 20 minutes to our last stop, then walking for 10 more minutes to our destination. Fucking hell. I swear my mom only chooses churches based on how many friends she makes there and how nice it looks.
In the church we just get in our seats and stand up for like 30-50 minutes clapping our hands to some sort of mini concert ig they’re doing, where they’re singing Spanish songs. I can speak Spanish but I’m not fully fluent, so most of these songs are just straight gibberish to me and I’m not up for vibes either since I don’t want to be at the church in the first place. After 45 minutes is passed of standing and clapping my hands, I then need to sit for like a minimum of 2 hours of them just speaking, chanting the same messeage they always give basically. In Spanish as well so I don’t pay attention since it’s gibberish to me . It’s so fucking boring just sitting for 2 hours doing nothing.
It feels like my mom only likes going there just to socialize and she brings me there for stat points or something. I don’t want to be there. Not like I’m atheist but holy it’s so fucking boring
