Hemi-Sync is legit, not sure about your specific video though.
I recommend only doing it while on semen retention, with a positive mindset, otherwise you'll probably only see evil demonic stuff to be honest. Your visualization becomes super vivid once you enter focus 10 trance state and up. I haven't listened to all the Monroe tapes yet, so I can't speak about anything that happens past "Wave I - Discovery" yet.
Be careful with random binaural beats/subliminal videos on youtube as some people like to put in demonic subliminal messages in their stuff.
