in short, y do ppl take tadafil? cause it gives better pumps, helps with erectile dysfunction, and cause adding another drug to ur stacks makes it seem cooler. genuinely not too many reasons to take ts unless ur about to crack, which is no1 reading the thread. maybe if u want a crazy pump at the gym, thats y i take it.

mechanism: Inhibits phosphodiesterase type 5, a an enzyme that breaks down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), (cGMP) is needed for blood vessels to relax and get wider and let mroe blood thru
benefits: superior muscle pump and vascularity in training, Cardiovascular health (sort of). Blood pressure reduction. good for getting rock hard.
possible sides: Hypotension at low blood pressure baseline. Absolute contraindication with nitrates. Facial flushing, nasal congestion at high doses Back pain high with high doses
dosage: 2.5-5mg daily, 5mg EOD for steady-state. 10-20mg as needed. ( wouldn't recommend )
cost: hella cheap
real dangers: causes Hypotension which kills you
Avoid with alpha blockers, you will get hypotension. Monitor blood pressure, before and during usage
in short, not really worth the risk if ur only taking it for pumps unless ur in a heavy deficit and cant afford to eat more carbs. if genuinely have ed take morning before
