The right looks more aggressive, has a more masculine hairline, thinner lips etc.

Doesnt have a more masculine hairline, just a more masculine wider forhead shape

Also the right one probably is naturally higher T, lower inhinb than the left one. Which lead to him smoking, not the other way round.

he does have a more masculine hairline. It's shaped more like the letter M which is male hairline pattern, while feminine hairline is round.

But your theory that he's higher T could be correct, but unlikely considering that they're identical twins.

You think if the left one had a hairline like I drew it, his forehead would look wider and more masculine? Not sure tbh, the way you will bald seems to be correlated to your forehead shape. The left one seems to have a rounder forehead which looks more feminine, no matter the hairline. There are even users who claim they can predict if someone will bald early by just looking at their skullshape.

No nicotine doesn't even increase DHT that much it's just a 11 % increase in DHT levels JFL
