1. Cjc 1295 and ipa work best when used simultaneously and act as growth hormone secretagogues. Often, increases cellular replication, encourages collagen synthesis in your skeletal muscles, and stimulates the production of a separate hormone called insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) can be expected. CJC-1295 mimics hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), which tells the pituitary gland to release growth hormone. Ipamorelin binds to the brain’s ghrelin receptor and, like GHRH, stimulates growth hormone secretion from the pituitary. Importantly, its secretagogue action is selective, having no effect on stress hormones like cortisol. It also may aid recovery, sleep quality and longevity/antiaging.

3. dosage
in summary, taking too much can lead to diminishing returns or even gh resistance (cooked:lul:) the guide below is for ipamorelin

  • Beginner: 100–150 µg once per day (before bed)
  • Standard: 200–300 µg per day, split into 2 doses
  • Advanced: Up to 400 µg per day (divided into AM/PM injections)

however you can split it like this for better pulsations:sneaky:
  • 100–150 µg in the morning (fasted state or post-workout)
  • 100–150 µg before bed (to mimic natural GH spikes)
you could try it like this
  • CJC-1295 (100–200 µg) + Ipamorelin (100–200 µg)
  • Injected 1–2× daily for 8–12 weeks
about the method obviously you have to inject it if you don't know how there are other methods how to inject elsewhere
best times to inject

as we know it increases gh but not the the extent of hgh don't expect a drastic growth spurt although it is possible although it certainly will help for all the manlets out there


bone mass Bones are constantly being remodeled through resorption and formation the sympathetic nervous system reduces bone mass and parasympathetic increases it through the M3 receptor and when this receptor is active it prevents bone loss and increases formation

the receptor is barely present in osteoblasts and mainly in the brain however it still supports bone growth.

5. This is honestly a no brainer really but ill include it anyways...
cjc is definitely safer as it emits less gh than hgh therefore less risky due to the fact that hgh is external and cjc just increases the internal gh

Cjc and ipa are just as expensive as gh. No reason to choose them over it
