I am 16 and 5 9 and want to reach 6 foot I want to take cjc and ipamorelin but some sources say it will help me grow and other sources say it won't do anything. Will it help me grow and is there any point taking it

its a peptide so on it's own might not do much, I advice implementing more things, keep researching and build your custom stack, e.g cjc+ipa with mk and igf-1lr3. THIS IS AN EXAMPLE
