HGH has a much greater effect but it's much riskier with that dosage you can reduce and add mk

Do you want diabetes brotha? Lowk HGH is expensive so just take MK and CJC, Ipa too if u want but make sure while ur doing this ur doing intermittent fasting and eating a low carb diet high protein and good fats to manage insulin sensitivity (im not saying to eat less calories just fast to reset sensitivity) you just want less frequent insulin spikes to develop resistance. maybe get some berberine and other supplements aswell. Get a blood glucose monitor (shits that prick ur finger) and measure ur fasted blood glucose before you start taking then once u start for a bit do it again to see how things are and if ur getting close to diabetes.

no point in doing those two together serves the same purpose tbh, however HGH is just better, do 8 IU, but keep in mind to also use an AI, otherwise ur plates are gonna fuse lol
