Cjc(no dac + Ipam?

I’ve been thinking about doing 500mg split doses each day of cjc no dac and the same with ipam. One dose of each, each morning and night on an empty stomach. Should I take Ai with it as well?

Like ground beef, or did you mean beef as in cow. So just lean steak?
