I want a clarification regarding the recent ban of @Sink who was banned for being a "kaligula alt"

The reason given seems to rest on assumption rather than verifiable evidence as the two users are known to be from different countries (Estonia and Slovenia)which makes the “alt” claim questionable unless strong technical proof (similar iPs or device info)

I’ve personally heard both of their voices and it's obvious they’re not the same person,this alone shows me that @Sink being banned was based on biasim and assumption rather than logical reasoning.
