They will most likely suggest surgery with braces, the orthodontist will tell u the specific surgery you'll need thoughSurgery. Braces r cope for something like an overjet I mean if they extract ur teeth and push ur maxilla back to be inline with ur recessed mandible i really dont see that as a great solution
Ur airway will still be shit, maybe a bit of aesthetic improvement but not like genio
Yeah braces to prep for BSSO is different than just getting braces to correct an overjetThey will most likely suggest surgery with braces, the orthodontist will tell u the specific surgery you'll need though
okay what surgery do you think they will recommend?Surgery. Braces r cope for something like an overjet I mean if they extract ur teeth and push ur maxilla back to be inline with ur recessed mandible i really dont see that as a great solution

Ortho told me to extract

If that was to work it would be because chewing hard/tough foods is ideal for malocclusion not because raw meat powers you via vitaminsGo back in time and eat raw meat only.
OhhIf that was to work it would be because chewing hard/tough foods is ideal for malocclusion not because raw meat powers you via vitamins
You have a low IQ.If that was to work it would be because chewing hard/tough foods is ideal for malocclusion not because raw meat powers you via vitamins

U need to take a pic directly from the the side with your head in Frankfurt plain in brighter lighting
I’d get MSE to straighten my teeth before Jew extractionsI have crowded teeth

I think you’d benefit from BSSO if you have a deep bite it’s as simple as that usuallyView attachment 3435026Better? I think my problem tbh is more of hyoid issue
Can I dm you bro? U seem high IQI think you’d benefit from BSSO if you have a deep bite it’s as simple as that usually
But like other guy said get x rays and consult with orthos and maxfac surgeons
SureCan I dm you bro? U seem high IQ
I was considering this but too much work just for cosmetic resultsI’d get MSE to straighten my teeth before Jew extractions
I’m gonna dm youSurgery, orthodontics don't focus on an aesthetic objective, surgical approaches on the other hand focus both on aesthetic and functional issues
I can't really give you more advice since i would need a cephalogram/dicom file to really see what you need but in most cases bimax/trimax is needed, your mandible is 100% retracted, and when that happens your maxilla also tends to under develop, meaning even if you get BSSO there would be range of forward growth left that you could have used if you also got a Lefort, and well genes come in a package so if your chin is recessed too you would benefit from adding a Genioplasty
If you need more advice dm me with pictures
There are other benefits thoI was considering this but too much work just for cosmetic results
