Hopefully @Clavicular appreciates this more than my other thread about my cycle haha, but here's my full day of eating while on a moderately low dose of test, anavar, LGD-4033, HGH, IGF-1 LR3, and other shit.
Breakfast -
Wake up at like 8, do skincare, pin my IGF-1 LR3, test, GHK-CU, and take whatever else for the day. Then start eating preworkout meal with 20 mg anavar (daily) and 12 mg LGD-4033 (eod), which is either 100 grams of carbs from rice crispy treats, gushers, or fruit rollups.
Lunch -
Two protein shake that consist of fat free milk and whey isolate in red solo cups, totaling around 80 grams of protein. That's at around like 12-1
Dinner
air fry a pound of chicken breast at 400 degrees for 18 minutes in low calorie oil spray, and put it in two extreme wellness wraps with this like 50 calorie super tasty salsa. This is at like 8 pm. Then at like 11 I pin my 7 IU's of HGH and call it a day.
