The risk reward ratio is so small for him at this point it blows my mind , And then to top it off this guy who is a millionaire is still being cheap and going to turkey.

If I had 1 million $ like he does with his school ( projected in 1 year ) I would find a top tier American surgeon .

I do think unrealistic expectations played a factor and trying to go for perfection. I don't think its purely the surgeons fault.
