You can lengthen up to 2cm a clavicle so 4 in total. Besides the fact that the clavicle sits at an angle, soft tissue is going to resist the outward movement of the shoulder joint and your scapula will just rotate to accommodate the change. So you're not even going to see that 40mm in all its glory in your bideltoid. Lowest roi surgery of all time probably, besides maybe getting your anus stitched shut. Just run a cycle.
