I'm working out a lot lately and want to grow my Frame even more to standout lmao.

I train my traps, rear delts, upper back and especially lateral delts 2x a week

My Stack which i will start as soon as my HGH arrives:p:

Morning for 16 weeks:
HGH 2IU (I know y'all be spamming ,,4IU at least"... guys i know but i'm 17 and not focusing on height, my plates are closed)
Ipamorelin 200mcg
CJC 1295 no dac 150mcg

Post-Workout (5x a week adding HGH-week 3-6)
IGF-1 LR3 50mcg
Pre-Sleep
Ipamorelin 200mcg
CJC 1295 no dac 150mcg


Extra:
AI (Anastrozol 0.125mg every 4-5 days) not higher dose, made some bad experiences lmao.

I carefully concipated this stack based on expierences so far, my goals and my bloodwork i have done.
let me know your opinions on it.

why CJC without DAC? It is cheaper and you pin just once a week

Because with dac is absolutely fucking ass and cjc without Dac is so much more effective

Cjc with dac my be more efficient in injecting only once a week but not as affective because cjc without dac has a shorter life which is actually more affective for igf1 since it mimics the natural pulsation of gh where as cjc with dac increases ur gh but increases it at a flatline making ur gh pulsations more acute and it also puts more strain on the pituitary gland because you shouldn’t have gh secretion 24/7 but yeah all these niggas keep saying with dac because it’s more effective to pin once a day and I guess cheaper

So with DAC it has more downside (because of the constant elevated GH secretions) but in theory it also helps with bonemass more right?

No, it just has more downsides and doesn’t help more with bone mass it’s just more efficient to use because you only have to do it once a week

Try swimming, wide grip hangs, rock climbing or otherwise just buy a hangboard and do hangs every day indefinitely and stop pulling your shoulders back like a retard bring them forward and breathe through your back to the top and to the sides where your lats are
